Shipping & Returns

Delivery across India

We ship anywhere in India. Orders are dispatched insured, with tracking shared by SMS and email on the phone number and address you check out with. Shipping is free on every purchase — there is no minimum order value.

Delivery time depends on the piece. Items in stock leave our workshop within two working days; anything made or sized to order takes longer, and the product page says so before you buy. If a piece is delayed beyond what we told you, we will contact you rather than wait for you to ask.

Try at Home

Try at Home is live in Delhi and Gurugram. Enter your pincode anywhere on the site and we will tell you immediately whether we reach you, and whether the earliest visit is today or tomorrow. Everywhere else in India, the same pieces can be bought outright with free shipping and the returns terms below.

• Up to 5 pieces are free to try on any visit.
• Beyond that, each additional piece carries a refundable deposit of ₹30, up to 20 pieces in one trial bag. The deposit is returned in full when the pieces go back, whether or not you keep anything.
• The home visit itself is listed at ₹150 and is currently waived — you pay nothing for the visit.
• A consultant brings the pieces to you, waits while you decide, and takes back whatever you do not keep. You pay only for what you keep, on the spot.

Pieces are checked before they leave and again when they come back. Nothing is charged for normal handling during a trial.

Returns and exchanges

Anything bought outright can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, provided it comes back unworn, undamaged and in its original box with any certificates it arrived with.

To start a return, write to us or use the contact form with your order number. We will arrange a pickup where we can reach you, or share a prepaid return address where we cannot. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been received and checked — usually within five to seven working days of it reaching us, though your bank sets the final timing.

Cash on Delivery orders. Since there is no card or UPI payment to reverse, we will send a secure link to your registered email or phone number to collect your bank or UPI details. The refund is credited within 5 to 7 working days of receiving those details.

What cannot be returned:

• Pieces engraved, resized or otherwise customised to your order.
• Pieces damaged after delivery, or returned without their box and certificates.
• Pierced jewellery that has been worn, for hygiene reasons.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, none of the above applies — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the returns terms above apply instead. A trial booking can be cancelled or moved up to the point the consultant sets out; there is no charge either way.

Authenticity

Every piece is exactly what its page says it is — metal, purity and stones — and arrives with the certification relevant to it. If an independent assay ever finds otherwise, we will take the piece back and refund it in full, whenever you bought it. See our Terms and Conditions for how claims are handled.
